Background
Matthew Clarke joined the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences as an Academic Advisor for POD 2 in July 2022.
Originally from Australia, Matthew received his BA and PhD in English Literature from the University of Sydney. He also holds a masters in English from the University of Oxford. Prior to joining GW, he worked at the University of Sydney, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in literary history, film studies, and creative writing. Matthew’s interests include cinema, baking, and exploring DC’s many excellent bookshops.
