Sean Watley

 Sean Watley was born and raised in Connecticut and has a passion for community building, mentorship, and student success. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. He later received his Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Florida Atlantic University. Sean is especially passionate about supporting first-generation college students and helping them feel seen, supported, and empowered. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new food spots, playing basketball, and building community wherever he goes.
