Rashard Fant

Rashard Fant serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development and Inclusive Excellence. Prior to joining the Revolutionaries, Fant served as the Director of Student-Athlete Success at Southern Methodist University (SMU) as the Director of Student-Athlete Development. Rashard was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Management with minors in Human Resources and Business, and completed his Master's Degree in Public Affairs with a concentration in Policy Analysis from Indiana University. Currently, he is a Doctoral Candidate at SMU.
