Keileen Estrada

Hi, my name is Keileen Estrada! I was born and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, and am a proud DMV native with roots in Guatemala. I’m fluent in both English and Spanish and deeply value community, connection, and creativity. I graduated from Frostburg State University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Sport Science and a minor in Psychology, and I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree in Organizational Leadership & Learning here at GW. I’m also a certified yoga instructor who believes in holistic and trauma-informed practices, with an emphasis on mindfulness. I love creating spaces where people can connect, feel seen, and grow together. I’m excited to get to know you all!
