Candice Johnson

Candice Johnson serves as the Associate Dean, Academic Affairs in the School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She holds a faculty appointment in the department of Clinical Research & Leadership. Candice has been at GW for 18 years, and has held positions in the SPH, GWSB, and GSEHD. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Biology & Chemistry. She holds an MBA from GW with a focus in project management. In addition, Candice attended the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics, a residential public high school for juniors and seniors. She lives in Virginia with her partner and 8-year-old son. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, swimming, baking, reading, games, and the occasional reality show. With her vast GW experience, Candice enjoys helping connect students to resources and helping to set them up for future success at GW and beyond!
